Jodi has been with The Korth Companies, Inc. for 20 years and has worked every facet of the company to ensure “The Korth Way” continues on. Graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management, Jodi brings to the company many valuable skills in the areas of Management and Cultural Change. As President, Jodi’s main goal is to continue the legacy with the same core values, ensuring that the message of quality, care and teamwork is interpreted from the inside out. Within the organization, Jodi has provided a safe environment where everyone’s voice counts. She is an advocate for change and the bridge between the generations, encouraging collaboration across the board.
